Thiis is a hand built closed form hollow porcelain sculpture made with a grogged surface. A Cornerstone was the Roman foundation stone for buildings and my studio is near the Roman ruins of Verulanium. The surface is inspired by microscopic images of cells. The Cube is 12.5cm square and the height of the piece is 20cm.
